On 30 March 2013, in honor of the Resurrection of our Lord Jesus Christ, on Easter Eve, in the Diocese of the Armenian Apostolic Orthodox Church in Georgia Easter gifts were handed to believers. Charity event was initiated by the clergy of the Diocese of the Armenian Apostolic Orthodox Church in Georgia, Embassy of RA in Georgia, Union of Armenian Women in Georgia “Shushanik” , young volunteers and individual benefactors.

Before the distribution of the gifts the Head of the Diocese of the Armenian Apostolic Orthodox Church in Georgia, His Grace Bishop Vazgen Mirzakhanyan blessed the clergy of Surb Etchmiadzin Church in Tbilisi, Embassy of RA in Georgia, represented by First Secretary Levon Torgomian, and handed letters of gratitude to those individual benefactors, who, following call of the soul, came with gifts to congratulate elderly Armenian believers on the occasion of Easter.

Believers and participants of charity event, who were gathered in the church, with His Eminence and clergy prayed for the Armenian Church and the glory of the Lord Almighty.
