a1On October 5, 2018, the first event took place in the “Vazgen I Catholicos of All Armenians” Youth and Community Center (Head Valeri Badalyan, Coordinator Nina Seropova).
It is noteworthy that the event was on a religious topic and was implemented by the initiative of the Friedrich Ebert Foundation's representative 43380649 304064477075061 8248452638627069952 noffice in Georgia and the Department of Interreligious Affairs of the Georgian Orthodox Church. Priests of the Armenian Diocese in Georgia, representatives of the Youth Department attended the meeting and presentation. The purpose of the meeting was to inform the spiritual servants and young people about the integration processes between Georgia and European Union, Association Agreement and liberalized travel agreements.
Ia Tikanadze, Director of the Friedrich Ebert Foundation's representative office in Georgia and Tea Gogotishvili, representative of the Department of Interreligious Affairs of the Georgian Orthodox Church attended the event.

After the opening speech, the Pastor of the Cathedral of Saint George Rev. Father Manuk Zeynalyan welcomed the guests and conveyed the blessings of the Primate of the Armenian Diocese in Georgia.
The speaker presented in detail the novelties related to the abovementioned issues. After answering the questions of the audience, the moderator of the presentation also provide information on models of relations between the state and religious communities in European states, spoke in detail about the actual issues of freedom of religion.
The presentation continued in the question and answer format, during which spiritual fathers and young people received various answers and opinions to the questions they were interested in.
