Alexander Mantashev Center’s Students Participated in Children’s Painting Festival PDF Print E-mail

Batumi 

On December 28, 2016, the “House of Friendship” in Batumi hosted a children’s painting exhibition, where the children presented the figments of their imagination on paper. The students of Children’s Art Studio and the St. Gregory the Illuminator Kindergarten of the Alexander Mantashev Educational Cultural Youth Center in Batumi at the Armenian Diocese in Georgia (Director: Sona Hovhannisyan) participated in the festival, among other children from different institutions in Batumi.

New Year and Christmas are most beloved holidays of all generations. Everyone looks forward to the brightest and most interesting days of the year. In the anticipation of holiday, these expectations were brightened up by a festive concert, which was organized by the “House of Friendship” in Batumi and featured different song and dance ensembles.

The participants presented interesting and impressive concert program. Different prizes were given away.

Following the joyful songs, dances and games, the awarding ceremony of the participants of Children’s Painting Festival took place. The students of the Alexander Mantashev Center were awarded with different prizes, among them are the first prize winners from the junior group (ages 5-6) Mari Gasparyan (teacher –Karine Markaryan) and from the senior group (ages 9-10) Nikita Hayruli (teacher – Marieta Abetyan), and other participants received different awards.
