On June 26, 2016, following the Divine Liturgy in the Surb Prkich Church (Saint Savior) in Batumi, the faithful headed to the Alexander Mantashev Educational Cultural Youth Center at the Armenian Diocese in Georgia to attend a concert program.

Music, dance and recitation classes of the Alexander Mantashev Center, as well as the students of different groups of Yerevan Cultural Center № 5 in Shengavit administrative district, who came to visit Batumi, performed the concert program. The concert organized through the efforts of creative groups of both centers has turned into a real feast. At the end of the concert, an exchange of gifts between the Heads of the Centers was made.

At the conclusion of the event, the Director of the Alexander Mantashev Center at the Armenian Diocese in Georgia, Sona Hovhannisyan, and Gayane Saroyan, Assistant Director of Yerevan Cultural Center № 5 in Shengavit administrative district, signed a Memorandum in order to expand the cultural cooperation.
