In Third Stage of “Ari Tun-2013” Program, Launched by RA Ministry of Diaspora, the Group from the “Hayartun” Center of the Diocese of the Armenian Apostolic Church in Georgia Takes Part PDF Print E-mail

On the 9th of July, in Hakob Paronyan Musical Comedy Theatre of Yerevan, RA Ministry of Diaspora solemnly launched the third stage of the “Ari Tunprogram for cognitive visits of Diaspora Armenian youth to Armenia.

The participants of the third stage of “Ari Tun” program are 170 Armenian youth from Russia, Romania, France, Germany, Ukraine, the United States of America, Georgia, Israel and Belarus.

On the 7th of July, young people from the “Hayartun” Cultural Center of the Diocese of the Armenian Apostolic Church in Georgia, the total number of them was 23, accompanied by responsible for the technology department of the Diocese Valera Badalyan, joined the Diaspora Armenian youth and was included in the “Ari Tun” program.

RA Minister of Diaspora Hranush Hakobyan greeted the participants of the program and thanked the parents of the participants, who heeded the call of the Ministry of Diaspora and confidently sent their children to Armenia. "We are also immensely grateful to our host families who within 10 days will take care and look after the boys and girls, who came to Armenia from different countries,"- RA Minister of Diaspora stressed, adding - "We are especially grateful to Ararat, Armavir, Kotayk regional authorities and Yerevan administrative districts, who are willing to open their doors to our participants."

Mrs. Hakobyan also mentioned that the participants would take Armenian language courses. «Next Friday we will meet and we shall see your Armenian language learning progress. »

After that Yervand Ghazanchyan, who is the artistic director of Paronyan Theatre, greeted the participants.

The representatives from Georgia, the USA, Israel and Germany delivered a speech, and the desire of some participants to be baptized in Armenia immediately found a positive response. RA Minister of Diaspora suggested baptizing everyone in Khor Virap.
