On 21 April, 2013, after Sunday Divine Liturgy, in the yard of Surb Etchmiadzin Church in Tbilisi of the Diocese of the Armenian Apostolic Church in Georgia, situated in Avlabari, the presentation of hall of fame took place. The Head of the Diocese of the Armenian Apostolic Orthodox Church in Georgia, His Grace Bishop Vazgen Mirzakhanyan welcomed and blessed the audience; he praised the role and importance of the “Hayartun” Center in the life of the Armenian community of Tbilisi, which was built by residing in Russia Boris Saakov and other benefactors. After that residing in Russia and paying a visit to Tbilisi benefactor Artur Saakov solemnly opened the hall of fame.

The young benefactor solemnly congratulated the audience with the opening of the hall of fame, and expressed his satisfaction to the Diocese of the Armenian Apostolic Church in Georgia and to the Head of the Diocese, His Grace Bishop Vazgen Mirzakahanyan in connection with work conducted at the "Hayartun" Center for the benefit of the nation, that surpassed all expectations.

After that the students of St. Movses Khorenatsi Kindergarten at the “Hayartun” Cultural Center sang the national anthem of the Republic of Armenia.
