The poetry of Susanna Avetisyan absorbs readers. It seems that it takes readers on its wings and carried them with. Indeed, with its emotions and expressiveness it is in harmony with the emotions and feelings of reader, at the same time maintaining the light of the future, optimism and beauty of life. The demonstration of all this became the composition made on the initiative of Hasmik Antonyan, librarian of the school N104, which was presented by the book lover schoolchildren with great enthusiasm.
Flipping the “Flaying Violin” collection of poems, one could deepen into each line, in every expression and live with romantic images, see the beauty of suffering and feel the drama of life. Then, with her compact linguistic structure and beautiful descriptions, the poetess leads the reader to the new pages, where the latter could see himself, the way he passed, his lost love, find the optimism for everyday life, which is like spring and awakening, survival and birth.
Staying true to the spirit of the poems of her previous books, “The Light of Excavations” and “From Infinity to Infinity”, Susanna Avetisyan continues to represent the inner world and the drama of life through the symbols, which is a style of writing of the struggle of memories of the poetess, who has a technical education, against the reality. Poet and translator Vladimir Sarishvili and journalist Artem Kirakozov read their translations of the poems written by Susanna Avetisyan.
