On October 9, 2016, in the Cathedral of Saint George in Tbilisi, under the presidency of His Grace Bishop Vazgen Mirzakhanyan, the Primate of the Armenian Diocese in Georgia, the Sunday Divine Liturgy was celebrated.

During the Divine Liturgy, under the "Etchmiadzin I Hore" hymn the Encyclical of His Holiness Karekin II, Supreme Patriarch and Catholicos of All Armenians issued to mark the 350th anniversary of the printing of the Armenian Bible was brought on the Altar. The Pontifical Encyclical was read under the presidency of the Diocesan Primate.

The clergy read the Pontifical Encyclical of the Catholicos of All Armenians in all the churches of the Armenian Diocese in Georgia, during the Sunday Divine Liturgy.
