On July 1, 2015, with blessings from His Holiness Karekin II, Supreme Patriarch and Catholicos of All Armenians, and under the presidency of His Eminence Archbishop Hovnan Derderian, Primate of the Western Diocese of the　Armenian　Church of North　America　and General Secretary of the Armenian Church Youth Organization (ACYO), the 3rd International Pan-ACYO Word Assembly was conducted in the hall of the Gevorkian Theological Seminary at the Mother See of Holy Etchmiadzin.

The priests of the Armenian Apostolic Holy Church, young representatives of the Diaspora and local dioceses were in attendance of the assembly.

On behalf of the Armenian Diocese in Georgia the meeting was attended by the spiritual warden of the Hayartun Center and the Head of the Social Service of the Diocese, Deacon Gevorg Antonyan and the Clerk Secretary of the Samtskhe-Javakheti’s General Prelacy, Armenuhi Petrosyan.

On the agenda of the assembly were the ACYO general guide, budget project and inter-diocesal cooperation related issues.

Young participants of the 3rd Pan-ACYO Assembly represented the activities of their dioceses, suggested methods of cooperation and mutual projects with sister dioceses. They met with Supreme Patriarch, visited the Armavir Diocese and the Tsitsernakaberd Memorial, and attended church services and the Divine Liturgy.

The Clerk Secretary of the Samtskhe-Javakheti’s General Prelacy, Armenuhi Petrosyan was elected as a member of the ACYO Central Council.

On July 5, the final day of the meeting, under the presidency of His Holiness Karekin II, Supreme Patriarch and Catholicos of All Armenians, a Divine Liturgy was held in the Mother Cathedral, which was attended by the delegates to the 3rd Pan-ACYO World Assembly. The celebrant His Eminence Archbishop Ter-Hovnan Derderian, Primate of the Western Diocese of the Armenian Church of North America welcomed the delegates from different diocese of the world, who will return as apostles of Christ and ambassadors of our Holy Church.
