From 25 to 28 March, 2015 Tbilisi hosted a group of students, teachers and parents from “Mkhitar Sebastatsi” Educational Complex under the leadership of the director, Ashot Bleyan. The Educational Complex cooperates with Tbilisi schools and through mutual visits establishes friendly relations. This time “Sebastatsies” were invited by the Educational workers` Trade Union located in Gldani, Tbilisi.

The Teachers' choir “Sebastatsies” of “Mkhitar Sebastatsi” Educational Complex performed religious and contemporary songs in Agricultural University of Georgia together with the university choir.

Visiting Tbilisi Saint Etchmiadzin Church has already become a tradition for the representatives of the Education Complex. On March 28 the Teachers' choir “Sebastatsies” (artistic director, Harutyun Topikyan) gave a concert of sacred songs in Tbilisi Saint Etchmiadzin Church for the students, teachers and parents of one-day schools of the Diocese.

The Primate of the Armenian Diocese, His Grace Bishop Vazgen Mirzakhanyan blessed the guests, who arrived from the Motherland and highly appreciated the contribution of “Mkhitar Sebastatsi” Educational complex to the development and expansion of Armenian culture.

Together with the Primate of the Diocese, the guests visited Hayartun Center. The director of “Mkhitar Sebastatsi” Educational Complex invited one-day school student and teachers to visit their homeland and to get to know its historical and cultural values. The director thanked the Primate of the Diocese and Hayartun Center for hospitality and invited the teachers of Hayartun Center’s Educational Department to “Mkhitar Sebastatsi” Educational Complex to share experiences.

Guests and hosts sang together Tigran Mansuryan’s “Yes im anuysh Hayastani” song.
