Children from the Kind Samaritan Organization Share Their Love with Their Georgian Peers PDF Print E-mail

At the end of February of the current year, each day of the week was bringing joy to children of the villages and other areas inhabited by Armenians in Kvemo Kartli. Every day Merab Oragvelidze, the head of “The Kind Samaritan in Georgia” charity organization, together with logistics coordinator Karen Yeritsyan were visiting different areas and explaining the meaning of love of Our Lord Jesus Christ to children from kindergartens and schools from age 3 to 14. They were giving out gifts in colorful boxes prepared by the children from different countries as testimony to love of Our Lord Jesus Christ.

After the sermon on Christian love and kindness, delivered by the Father of Tbilisi Saint Etchmiadzin Church, Ter-Samvel Torosyan, the children from Marneuli, Mirzoevka, Karmir village, Damia village and from three schools and one kindergarten of Shahumyan settlement received their presents. And the priest Ter-Manuk Zeynalyan caused joy to the children from Tsopk, Gyulibakh, Chanakhchi, Khozhorni, Aghkiorpi, Khokhmel and Brdadzor villages of Marneuli region.

The children of Bolnisi Armenian-Georgian School, Bolnisi-Khachen and Kianet villages also experienced love and joy, when the Priest Ter-Husik Harutyunyan handed out gifts after his short speech about kindness.

The Father of Tbilisi St. Gevorg Vicarial Church, Ter-Narek Ghushchyan gave out presents to the children of Shamshulda and Daghet-Khachen villages of Tetritskaro region. The Priest Ter-Ararat Gumbalyan from Batumi Surb Prkich (Saint Savior) Church pleased local children.

The Kind Samaritan in Georgia” charity organization still continues giving away presents.
