January 20, 2014 was marked in the history of the Armenian community of Georgia with the birth of the Armenian-language newspaper Ardzagank. That day the first issue of informative newspaper of the community was published, which is designed to become the publication about community life, intended for a general audience. The materials, published in this issue, testify the dynamism of Armenian community of Georgia. Ardzagank newspaper’s mission is to become the mirror of life of Armenian community, to inform the mass media about the spiritual life of Armenian community and developments in the field of inter-religious relations, to show all shifts in social and political life, to tell about the historical role of Armenian community of Georgia, different aspects of Armenian-Georgian relations, news of Armenian Diaspora, progress and challenges of the Armenian people.

The slogan of volunteer reporters, who are the editorial board members, is to become a reliable source of information for newspaper audience. We strongly believe that as a result of the generous assistance of editor Levon Isakhanyan, editorial board members and everyone, who is helping in newspaper publishing, with its interesting and relevant material it will soon become the favorite newspaper of the Armenian reader in Tbilisi , Armenian-inhabited regions, the Republic of Armenia and Armenian Diaspora.

We wish you every success and good news!
