Presentation of the Electoral Program of the Presidential Candidate Shalva Natelashvili to the Armenian Community of Georgia PDF Print E-mail

On October 18, 2013 Georgian Presidential Candidate Shalva Natelashvili visited the “Hayartun” Cultural, Educational and Youth Center, where he met with the representatives of the Armenian community of Georgia. Mr. Shalva was the second presidential candidate after Nino Burjanadze, who in context of his electoral campaign met with the Armenian community, within the framework of meeting-discussion series organized by the “Hayartun” Center.

At the beginning of the meeting Mr. Shalva presented to the voters his vision of the challenges faced by the country and their solutions. He paid particular attention to the need to improve the social situation in the country, consolidation of the Caucasian countries, the need for elimination of visas for the Georgian citizens entering Russia etc. Mr. Shalva marked the centuries-old relations between Georgia and Armenia and stressed the importance of their development.

After the presentation the guest answered the questions of the audience and expressed readiness to take part in a similar meeting after presidential elections set for October 27.
