On January 26, 2013 at the “Hayartun” Cultural Center of the Diocese of the Armenian Apostolic Orthodox Church in Georgia in the Hall of Calouste Gulbenkian the annual report of the Board of Trustees took place.

The members of the Board of Trustees of "Hayartun" Cultural Center of Armenian Diocese in Georgia, management of the cultural center and people responsible for departments of the center were present.

The leader of the Diocese of the Armenian Apostolic Orthodox Church in Georgia, His Grace Bishop Vazgen Mirzakhanyan presented the areas of activity in "Hayartun" Cultural Center, accomplished work, future objectives, and long-term projects. Bishop Vazgen Mirzakhanyan thanked RA Ministry of Diaspora in Sport, Youth and Culture Affairs,

collaborative funds and Board of Trustees for providing support in activities of "Hayartun" Cultural Center.

Sets of financial statements were distributed to members of the Board of Trustees, which reflected the work done at the center so far.

After that everyone viewed the video "Events”, which showed the work done at the center until now. Coordinator Levon Chidilyan and responsible for the technical department of the cultural center Valera Badalyan prepared the material on the activities of the center. Despite the fact that the 60-minute film was able to show only part of the work carried out in 2012, it left a good impression on the audience, as well as the deep conviction that a daily effective and efficient work is conducted at “Hayartun” Cultural Center.

Everyone suggested supporting the expansion of activities of the cultural center in the regions as well.
