On October 31, 2017, the Primate of the Armenian Diocese in Georgia, His Grace Bishop Vazgen Mirzakhanyan, headed towards the United States of America. The Bishop will participate in the Supreme Spiritual Council meeting, on November 1 and 3, in the Headquarters the Western Diocese of the Armenian Apostolic Church of North America. The Primate will also attend events, devoted to the 90th anniversary of the foundation of the Western Diocese of the Armenian Apostolic Church of North America.

After returning from the USA, the Primate will return to the Armenian Diocese in Georgia and continue his activities.
