The Diocesan Primate gave opening remarks, and invited Very Rev. Fr. Babken Salbiyan, the Prelate of Samtskhe-Javakheti and Tsalka's General Prelacy of the Armenian Diocese in Georgia to greet the attendees.

After reports, the participant’s attention was drawn by the Primate to the draft prepared on general guidelines to the Sacrament of Matrimony and the Sacrament of Baptism. The clergy discussed various issues and proposals concerning aforesaid draft.

At the end of the meeting the Diocesan Primate gave complete answers to all the raised questions. The Primate praised the work undertaken by the clergy of the Armenian Diocese in Georgia, encouraged them to devotedly spread Gospel and the Light of Our Lord, to preserve and protect the Armenian sanctuaries, religious and cultural values in Georgia, and continue to satisfy the needs of the Armenian faithful in Georgia in the future. The Primate extended his gratitude and blessing to our nation’s honorable son Aram Sanosyan for providing the meeting venue and a warm reception.
