On December 26, 2015, the yard of Surb Khach(Holy Cross) Church in Akhalkalaki of the Armenian Diocese in Georgia was crowded with children, who came to attend Christmas and New Year’s Eve upcoming concert and exhibition. The event was hosted by Harutyun Karakhanyan and Anahit Barbaryan, the members of youth union at the Samtskhe-Javakheti and Tsalka's General Prelacy of the Armenian Diocese in Georgia.

Dance ensembles from Vachiani and Baraleti performed beautiful dances during the concert. (Artistic Director and Choreographer, a wonderful performer of national dances - Naslet Keyan).

Solo performers and Sunday school students of the Samtskhe-Javakheti and Tsalka's General Prelacy of the Armenian Diocese in Georgia participated in the concert.

Akhalkalaki Georgian Public School dance ensemble (Artistic Director and Choreographer, Giorgi Metreveli) added the sparkle to the show.

Rev. Father Tatev Marukyan, Pastor of Akhalkalaki and nearby villages, and Rev. Father Eghishe Harutyunyan offered their blessings to the participants.

Everyone’s mood just brightened, when fairy tale heroes and Santa Clause came unexpectedly and brought colorful balloons and New Year presents to the children.
