On September, 26, 2015 the 6th session of the State Commission on Coordination of the Events for the Commemoration of the 100th Anniversary of the Armenian Genocide was held at the Government Reception House with the participation of the President of the Georgian Commission, the Primate of the Armenian Diocese in Georgia, His Grace Bishop Vazgen Mirzakhanyan.

In accordance with the Decree No 712 of the RA President, Georgian Commission on Coordination of the Events Dedicated to the 100th Anniversary of the Armenian Genocide was awarded the Presidential Letter of Appreciation for the exceptional contribution of organizing and conducting events related to the 100th Anniversary of the Genocide. . The Letter of Appreciation was presented to the Primate of the Armenian Diocese in Georgia, His Grace Bishop Vazgen Mirzakhanyan.
