Priest Ter-Manuk Zeinalian (baptismal name Gevorg)was born on 4 June 1983 in Lukashin village of Armavir region RA.

He studied in the local secondary school named after Hunan Avetisyan starting in 1991 and graduated in 2000.

In 2000 he entered Vazgenian Theological Seminary in Sevan and graduated in 2004.

In 2004 he continued education in the Gevorkian Theological Seminary at the Mother See of Holy Etchmiadzin and graduated in 2006.

On 23 February 2006 was ordained to the diaconate byArchbishop Nerses Pozapalyan.

On 12 July 2006 by the order of the Catholicos of All Armenians, His Holiness Karekin II he was appointed to serve as supervisor at Treasury House Museum of Mother See of Holy Etchmiadzin.

On 15 April 2007 was ordained as a secular priest by His Eminence Archbishop Hovnan Terteryan at Mother Cathedral of Holy Etchmiadzin.

On 1 June 2007 by the order of the Catholicos of All Armenians, His Holiness Karekin II he was appointed to serve in the Diocese of the Armenian Apostolic Church in Georgia.

On 1 June 2007 by the order of the Leader of the Diocese of the Armenian Apostolic Orthodox Church in Georgia, His Grace Bishop Vazgen Mirzakhanian he was appointed to serve as a Spiritual shepherd of Armenians living in Damala Village of Aspindza Region.

On February 17, 2009 by the order of the Catholicos of All Armenians, His Holiness Karekin II he was granted the right to wear the Pectoral Cross.

On 1 July 2010 he was appointed to serve as Assistant Pastor in the Cathedral of Saint George inTbilisi.

On 1 January 2011 he was appointed to serve as a sacristan in St. Echmiadzin Church in Tbilisi,where serves invariably at present.

He is married and has three children.
